Our philosophy as an organization is to be producers - not just consumers - of resources and therefore, we have deployed a Wealth Generation model/strategy. Our Wealth Generation initiatives will include, though not be limited to, buying distressed businesses and selling for a return after they are turned around, and investment in long term assets that generate monthly cash flow such as real estate, solar projects, private placement investments through our seperate for profit entities listed below.

We firmly believe Wealth Generation is a differentiator for Horizon and will significantly impact how we acquire capital to fund our Core Purpose of Empowering the Poor. The demographic of our board exclusively being Venture Capitalists is paramount to us achieving our Wealth Generation initiatives as it will provide the influence, intellectual capital and leverage to be effective with Wealth Generation.
